All the team at Encanta have been proactive and organise, with their expertise benefiting the Association of School Business Administrators’ biennial conference (ASBA2019). I was always confident that Encana staff focused the small organising committee on decision matters that were important. The project plan created by Encanta at inception was spot on and executed superbly. Our 1,100 delegates, partners, exhibitors and sponsors were absolutely delighted with the conference. Renee, Lexie and their team was a key factor in this success.

As the convener of the ACEM 2019 ASM in Hobart I had the pleasure of working with Lexie Duncan and her team at Encanta for almost two years leading up to the event, and I’m writing to express my appreciation for their professionalism and competence in assisting the committee in making our vision for the conference a successful reality.
At all stages of the process Lexie was rapidly responsive to our needs, and from the outset understood and respected our vision for the conference, regardless of how difficult or unrealistic the concept was. The result being what we (and the 950 delegates) judged to be a highly successful, original and innovative event.
I have no hesitation in recommending Lexie and Encanta as a professional conference organiser. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you’d like more information.

Michelle did an amazing job of organising the 8th International Adventure Therapy Conference (8IATC) and then followed up with remarkably efficient and friendly Conference onsite administration and support. Michelle’s ability, attitude and willingness was well beyond what I would expect from a Conference organiser.

The National Catholic Education Commission 2016 conference was hosted by Catholic Education Western Australia (CEWA). Over 1400 delegates attended the three and half day conference in Perth. The conference organisers, EECW were selected to coordinate the conference. From the moment EECW were involved, the conference shaped into an extraordinary event that attended to the theme of Faith to Lead: Lead to Faith. Delegates feedback was extremely complementary of their experience, with many attesting that it was the ”best conference one has attended”.
EECW ensured that every detail was attended to as requested by the state and national planning committees. From registration to the final lunch, the conference offered diverse experiences to the diverse delegate needs. No issue was too big or too small for EECW to attend to. Their professionalism, meticulous planning, creativity, innovative and thoughtfulness ensured this conference set a very high benchmark for future conferences.
As coordinator of the State planning committee, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the team at EECW in organising conferences.

Your team at Encanta have been most professional and accommodating to everything we have asked for in organising the Congress (with no job or task being too small or too hard) – including printing my speech notes 30 minutes just before opening ceremony which I left at home on Saturday morning!
The feedback from the delegates have also been great and no doubt more positive feedback will be coming back in the next few days.
I have always thought that the ANZCA ASM in 2012 (in which EECW was the PCO) was the best anaesthetic conference I have ever attended – and without any bias, I very strongly believe that the Encanta team have just raised the bar significantly higher with our Congress.
