Lexie has over 13 years’ experience in marketing and event management, specialising in hospitality and conferencing. Before commencing with us in 2006, Lexie spent almost four years in London working for multinational investment banks Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse in Human Resources, Marketing and Events. Her studies in Psychology, coupled with creative ability and a strong insight into clients’ requirements, has helped Lexie develop an excellent profile within the industry. Lexie takes great pride in delivering efficient and successful outcomes for our clients. Her move from Perth to Melbourne in 2012 to establish the Melbourne office has not only strengthened her network and experience nationally, it has provided her with the opportunity to do what she loves most – shopping, eating out, sports and the arts.

Nicolle brings a diverse range of skills to her role with over 15 years’ experience in events, sales, business development and marketing in the tourism, hospitality, conference and events industries. Prior to joining us, Nicolle worked with the Perth Convention Bureau for over two years promoting Perth and Western Australia as a business events destination, starting in the Business Development team before heading up the Stakeholder Relations team. Valuable venue experience was garnered whilst working at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre and with Mirvac Hotels & Resorts and AccorHotels.
One of Nicolle’s key strengths is her ability to build and develop business relationships and she enjoys working with existing clients and sourcing new business.

As a dedicated and detail-orientated accounting professional, Nicole has been meeting the accounting needs of Small to Medium businesses for over 20 years. She holds a Diploma of Commerce, Certificate iv in Financial Services, Certificate in Business Coaching and is a Registered BAS Agent.
Nicole has worked with a variety of Small to Medium business for over 20 years now and has extensive knowledge on across a wide range of industries including Retail, Wholesale, Transport, Building & Construction, Manufacturing and Government. Nicole enjoys streamlining systems and processes as well of ensuring our accounts reconcile to the exact cent!

Nakita made the move to Australia from her home in New Zealand more than 10 years ago. After spending a couple of years working in the Events industry in the Whitsundays she decided on a move across the country to gain further experience in the industry. Nakita has been in Perth for 8 years and now calls Perth home. She is highly dedicated to the work that she does and loves being part of a strong team. With a background in event coordination and styling she has strong attention to detail and loves seeing all aspects of an event come together.
Shireen has an extensive background working in membership organisations looking after Committees, Councils, events and membership. Shireen has worked with, amongst others, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA, the Retail Traders Association of WA, the Chartered Institute of Building and the Design Institute of Australia to develop and maintain satisfied and diverse member bases. Shireen has a dual role supporting the team at Encanta as well as the Associations it manages.

Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Commerce; major in Marketing/Accounting as well as a Diploma in Event Management from the Institute of Commercial Management. She has over five years’ experience working in event management and has worked on conferences for local and international government, medical, scientific, finance & banking, engineering and non-for-profit associations. With a background in abstract and speaker management, Kelsey enjoys the opportunity to connect with delegates in diverse fields of expertise.

Charlotte, originally from the UK, travelled to Australia to begin studying Event Management. With over 5 years’ experience in the Hospitality industry and also working as a Corporate Events Hostess in London, Charlotte has recently gained her Diploma in Event Management alongside being recognised as top four state finalist representing international students at the Western Australian Training Awards 2017. As an Event Coordinator at Encanta, Charlotte’s job is to provide overall event support to the Encanta team, specifically on the registration side. Charlotte prides herself in providing personable customer service and loves building rapport with her delegates.

Cameron is currently studying a Bachelor of Science at the University of Western Australia, majoring in Engineering Science and Finance. He started working for Encanta in 2017. Cameron works part-time with all members of the Encanta team, providing administration assistance and customer support to ensure conferences are an enjoyable and successful experience for all delegates. Cameron’s talent is building conference apps that not only provides improved engagement for delegates but also is a useful resource allowing a central platform for delegates to access conference information.
Jhessica holds a double degree in Business Administration and in Media & Communications. She started her career as a graduate in the financial services industry at one of the major banks and rotated around many departments of the organisation. After completing the graduate program, Jhess gained experience as an analyst in process improvement projects where she was responsible for creating, developing and implementing business efficiencies which delivered monetary benefits to the organisation. Jhess then moved into an events role within the bank and delivered a number of hospitality events, business events and staff reward and recognition events and she fell in love with the profession. Originally from Sydney, Jhess has called Melbourne home for the last 4 years and is one of the newest team members in the Melbourne office.

The National Catholic Education Commission 2016 conference was hosted by Catholic Education Western Australia (CEWA). Over 1400 delegates attended the three and half day conference in Perth. The conference organisers, EECW were selected to coordinate the conference. From the moment EECW were involved, the conference shaped into an extraordinary event that attended to the theme of Faith to Lead: Lead to Faith. Delegates feedback was extremely complementary of their experience, with many attesting that it was the ”best conference one has attended”.
EECW ensured that every detail was attended to as requested by the state and national planning committees. From registration to the final lunch, the conference offered diverse experiences to the diverse delegate needs. No issue was too big or too small for EECW to attend to. Their professionalism, meticulous planning, creativity, innovative and thoughtfulness ensured this conference set a very high benchmark for future conferences.
As coordinator of the State planning committee, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the team at EECW in organising conferences.

Your team at Encanta have been most professional and accommodating to everything we have asked for in organising the Congress (with no job or task being too small or too hard) – including printing my speech notes 30 minutes just before opening ceremony which I left at home on Saturday morning!
The feedback from the delegates have also been great and no doubt more positive feedback will be coming back in the next few days.
I have always thought that the ANZCA ASM in 2012 (in which EECW was the PCO) was the best anaesthetic conference I have ever attended – and without any bias, I very strongly believe that the Encanta team have just raised the bar significantly higher with our Congress.
