The team is anchored by Managing Director Renee Bennett, one of the industries most experienced and highly regarded professional conference organisers.

Renee Bennett
Managing Director

Renee, is Managing Director of Encanta and an owner of the company. She is married and has two young children.

She started with the company in 2002 and over the past 18 years she has been solely responsible for the management of around 160 conferences and events. Renee still loves to be hands-on in the business and oversees every event the company manages along with her creative and talented team members. Her passion is in talking with the client, understanding what they wish to achieve, then work together to achieve those goals and make their vision a reality.

Talking the talk are just words! She believes that the glowing reviews the company continues to receive reaffirms the long and lasting relationships forged as a result of their efforts. Clients generally express their appreciation for the positive outcomes delivered, the ability to creativity connect all things and the strong lasting relationships forged. To constantly hear WOW when delegates walk into a room filled with great atmosphere continues to challenge and excite Renee.  Face to face meetings continue to be an integral part of professional growth and networking is also equally beneficial.  Renee firmly believes that a business event can make all this happen in the most memorable and meaningful way.

Renee, loves what she does!  After 20 years in the industry, she cannot envision herself doing anything else.  She is currently a Board Member of the Perth Convention Bureau and Director on the Professional Conference Organisers Association and is committed to assisting in the growth of the business events industry in Australia.

Renee, has a whole lot of heart and it reflects in everything she does.

Nicolle Davey
Business Development Manager

Nicolle brings a diverse range of skills to her role with over 15 years’ experience in events, sales, business development and marketing in the tourism, hospitality, conference and events industries. Prior to joining us, Nicolle worked with the Perth Convention Bureau for over two years promoting Perth and Western Australia as a business events destination, starting in the Business Development team before heading up the Stakeholder Relations team. Valuable venue experience was garnered whilst working at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre and with Mirvac Hotels & Resorts and AccorHotels.

One of Nicolle’s key strengths is her ability to build and develop business relationships and she enjoys working with existing clients and sourcing new business.

Jade Riolo
Director of Events CEM

Jade brings over 10 years of conference management experience to the team having worked both as an in-house conference manager and external professional conference organiser. She has worked extensively with associations organising large scale conferences in Australia and overseas.

Jade is focused on delivering conferences that engage delegates, meet client expectations and continuously evolve and innovate.

Oriana Kinsey
Senior Event Coordinator

In the seven years of Oriana’s professional career journey, she has acquired diverse experiences in a variety of roles, including training and logistics, tourism and hospitality, events management and conference planning.

Having completed her Bachelor of Music and Diploma of Languages, Oriana gained experience in event management working with corporate companies to develop and implement training programs. With her love of travel and mastery of languages, Oriana worked in tourism and hospitality in Canada for 18 months before returning home to Australia and focusing her career on conference and events management.

Using her vast experience in customer service and organisational skills, Oriana particularly enjoys working closely with clients on various aspects of their events to bring their vision to life.

“I am looking forward to learning and adapting to the ever-changing world of events in our current climate, and am delighted to be working with the Encanta team to deliver high quality events for our clients.”

Priscilla Matters
Senior Event Coordinator

Priscilla has a Bachelor of Business with a Major in Hospitality and Event Management. She has over seven years’ experience in the industry, which includes working at the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS), managing medical conferences, dinners and welcome receptions. Priscilla has also worked for her local hospital, raising money for much needed medical equipment, capital works and research scholarships and grants. Career highlights include, managing and deploying Australasian medical teams over to the Pacific Islands to treat isolated or disadvantaged communities. Another highlight was working onsite when Oprah and Her Majesty The Queen came to Melbourne.
Priscilla’s drive, proactive and personable approach sees her strive for results, with the best intention of others in mind. She is looking forward to working alongside clients and colleagues, providing as much assistance as possible along the way.

Faith Gasparini
Event Coordinator

Faith’s career in events commenced 5 years ago whilst undertaking a Bachelor of Business in Event Management and Marketing. Since then she has worked across a varied calibre of events from small events to exhibitions hosting more than 40,000 visitors.

This year she joined the Encanta team to grow and immerse herself in the world of conferencing. Faith has moved across from managing exhibitions for the past three years and is experienced in liaising with a multitude of clients and their needs at any one time. Experienced in marketing, she also enjoys working with the Encanta team on their social platforms.

Diana Sarich
Delegate Services Manager

After spending 2 years travelling overseas and working for a multinational cosmetic company in London, Diana returned to Perth and commenced working in the travel industry. Since then Diana has over 20 years combined experience in travel, events, sales and marketing and thrives on the challenges presented by different situations.

Having worked in a corporate environment has helped Diana understand what is important to clients when organising their events. She has a proven track record for effectively managing the delivery of events from conception to completion. Exceptional organisational and communication skills are further enhanced by the ability to ensure all aspects of an event are carried out with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Cameron Taylor

“I enjoy being on-site, meeting and helping delegates with registration and seeing the excitement of some delegates as you give them their name badge which signals that the conference event has really started.”

Cameron is currently studying a Bachelor of Science at the University of Western Australia, majoring in Engineering Science and Finance. He started working for Encanta in 2017.  Cameron works part-time with all members of the Encanta team, providing administration assistance and customer support to ensure  conferences are an enjoyable and successful experience for all delegates. Cameron’s talent is building conference apps that not only provides improved engagement for delegates but also is a useful resource allowing a central platform for delegates to access conference information.

The National Catholic Education Commission 2016 conference was hosted by Catholic Education Western Australia (CEWA). Over 1400 delegates attended the three and half day conference in Perth. The conference organisers, EECW were selected to coordinate the conference. From the moment EECW were involved, the conference shaped into an extraordinary event that attended to the theme of Faith to Lead: Lead to Faith. Delegates feedback was extremely complementary of their experience, with many attesting that it was the ”best conference one has attended”.

EECW ensured that every detail was attended to as requested by the state and national planning committees. From registration to the final lunch, the conference offered diverse experiences to the diverse delegate needs. No issue was too big or too small for EECW to attend to. Their professionalism, meticulous planning, creativity, innovative and thoughtfulness ensured this conference set a very high benchmark for future conferences.

Your team at Encanta have been most professional and accommodating to everything we have asked for in organising the Congress (with no job or task being too small or too hard) – including printing my speech notes 30 minutes just before opening ceremony which I left at home on Saturday morning!

The feedback from the delegates have also been great and no doubt more positive feedback will be coming back in the next few days.

I have always thought that the ANZCA ASM in 2012 (in which EECW was the PCO) was the best anaesthetic conference I have ever attended – and without any bias, I very strongly believe that the Encanta team have just raised the bar significantly higher with our Congress.
